rogenSi, a TeleTech company, is looking for a full time Manager of Leadership and Learning, for our New York City office. The primary purpose of this role is to initiate and build strong relationships with our complex global clients. You will consult, coach, advise and develop leaders and their teams and work in a creative, professional and exceptional performance consulting environment. What the role really does…

·       Complete the full account management cycle from identifying new clients to leading the development of outstanding proposals and presentations

·       Be able to gain a deep understanding of client needs and articulate rogenSi’s value proposition so they see how we can address them

·       Have exposure to formal tendering processes

·       Develop our existing clients’ accounts who are a mixture of HR/L&D professionals and senior line managers

·       Develop projects that are based around bespoke interventions and our industry leading tried and trusted solutions

 

What we’re looking for…

An  individual that will lead every day, live life passionately, seek first to understand and always do the right thing….while not being afraid to reach for the amazing!

 

·       7+ years’ experience in a consulting environment preferred

·       Be commercially driven and astute; a skilled negotiator

·       Have well defined and considerable account management and client development skills

·       Be able to respond to and develop compelling proposals and presentations

·       Have a good level of understanding of current sales and leadership issues

·       Possess the presence and credibility to win the trust of senior decision makers


 

 

Location:

rogenSi a TeleTech company, offices in New York, New York. (Across from Grand Central Station.

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

 

Compensation:

TeleTech views this role as critical to its success and is prepared to offer an attractive compensation package including competitive base salary, bonus, long term incentive, and competitive benefits package to the final candidate.
