Head of Offer Management

TeleTech is seeking a Offer Management Head to join our Enterprise Services leadership team based at our HQ in Denver, CO. We’re a global company that is 46,000+ employees strong. What you’ll be doing:  

You are defining, building, and managing B2B customer experience offerings while creating a repeatable offer portfolio across our four distinct business services and products - Consulting, Technology, Care and Growth. We are transforming our business to focus on the next generation of customer experience, engagement and growth. This role will lead that product and offer transformation across our enterprise.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing the product strategy roadmap and solutions portfolio for multiple customer engagement based services and technologies
  • TeleTech competitive product solution assessment and positioning
  • Identify value drivers, strategic priorities and build customer and market segmentation 
  • Define new adjacent and disruptive offerings (e.g. artificial intelligence, chat bots, data analytics)
  • Own product definition, offering, marketing materials and long term roadmap
  • Meet with customers to define needs and align offering
  • Assess, identify, and partner with strategic business and technology partners

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong preference for individuals experienced managing multiple B2B services based products and offers. 
  • People centric services product management, product marketing, business strategy.
  • Experience covering customer experience, customer engagement and customer growth services are a plus (solutions could include voice, text, analytics, hosting, digital marketing, contact center)
  • Range of professional experience is 15+ yrs. 
  • Experience working with business unit leaders and project managing across all functional areas (IT, Ops, Finance, Sales, Marketing etc.)
  • Education: Top tier formal or informal MBA, no strong preference.
