The Solution Architecture & Support team ensures our sales team is successful through understanding the client’s customer experience objectives and structuring the processes and leverage tools to support them.

What you’ll be doing: 

The Statement of Work Project Manager is responsible for identifying a team of cross functional resources and acting as a liaison to develop and coordinate inputs into Statements of Work (SOW’s).  SOW’s could be for new or existing clients.  SOW’s could be developed using TeleTech’s paper or the clients preferred format.  Support could also be for renewals of existing business, additions of new lines of business for existing clients, and/or complex changes to existing accounts which cannot be addressed via the change management process.  

You will be responsible for:

The SWPM will be directly responsible for identifying the key stakeholders who need to be involved in the SOW process and for developing and managing a timeline of events necessary to complete the document on time with the necessary inputs from the cross functional team.  The SWPM will be required to facilitate internal and client calls to review contractual documents.

Events that would be incorporated into the timeline that the SWPM would manage would include;

  • Identification of cross functional SME’s to participate in the SOW development
  • Distributing the document for team reviews
  • Establishing a deadline for document feedback to be provided
  • Consolidation of team feedback into a draft SOW version or “redline.”  Note: Legal will provide the final written version of the SOW to the client.
  • Scheduling and facilitating internal and external document review sessions or “page turns” with clients and cross functional stakeholders, including Human Capital, Training, Operations, Quality, Workforce Management, Technology, Pricing, Legal and Sales

While based in the company’s headquarters in Englewood, Colorado, the role may support clients around the globe and the successful candidate needs to be flexible and available to support her/his clients on their timeline in their time zones.

What skills you’ll need:

  • 4 years’ experience managing the implementation of multiple projects simultaneously, including the management and oversight of diverse functional project teams.
  • Outsourcing/call center industry experience preferred.
  • Capable of effectively facilitating meetings and developing and executing detail oriented project timelines and deliverables.
  • Experience with client facing, senior and executive level management communications.
  • Experience with word processing software, including MS Word.
  • Experience in contract drafting and negotiations a plus.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
