Associate Reporting Analyst - Career Mobility and Technology Enablement (01SS4)

TeleTech is seeking an experienced Associate Reporting Analyst (CSSUPRAP1) to join our Career Mobility and Talent Management team.  This role will be based in our PHL-Five Ecom Center in Manilla.

What you’ll be doing: 

The team’s primary focus is evolving our Career Mobility strategy by identifying opportunities to improve individual and team performance through goal management, creating process and tools that drive internal promotions, increasing collaboration on the company’s social intranet, and enabling technology for a frictionless user experience. This team will rely on the reporting analyst to have a thorough understanding of our systems, processes and tools that are used to extract data and run reports.  They must be able to troubleshoot issues, validate data and report issues that might impact data. They will partner with our IT and shared service team to create a support infrastructure that can resolve customer issues quickly and deliver with minimum long term impact.


What you’ll bring to us:

  • Provide technical support on multiple systems to employees with various levels of technical expertise, from a variety of job roles
  • Develop training materials to provide simple instructions on how to use the site’s basic and advanced functions
  • Pull, compile, review and analyze usage metrics to identify trends and make recommendations
  • Support system build and testing, research and make recommendations on ways to further leverage system
  • Use employee feedback and/or market research to evaluate and recommend new intranet features that will provide increased value for users
  • Develop and update intranet content, including graphics, text, reporting and videos using an editing tool.


What skills you’ll need:

  • MUST respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee data

·        Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly and team members are required to wear multiple hats

·        Advanced skills in database applications such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, One View)

  • Ability to learn technology quickly i.e. Oracle, CareerPoint, Ask Now, Mosaic (Jive), TTechU, Movie Maker
  • Able to remain patient when troubleshooting technical issues and working with frustrated users 
  • Strong documentation skills with experience documenting system design and test results
  • The potential to conduct training or develop job aids and training materials
  • Willing to become an expert on a complex suite of tools/technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge of HTML or Web site design best practices is a plus
