TeleTech is seeking for a Talent Acquisition Executive Director to join our Human Capital Team.

What you’ll be doing: 
This position support assigned business units and leaders to strategically address all of their Talent Acquisition needs.  They develop and implement talent acquisition initiatives in support of key business goals and strategies.  They proactively identify talent management initiatives that will substantially enhance bottom line results and improve employee related gross margins.  Over time, they establish themselves as an indispensable member of the operational leadership team
What you’ll bring to us:
  • Understand all key business initiatives and goals for each supported business unit
  • Develop a “Trusted Advisor” relationship with key leaders at multiple levels within the company 
  • Deliver talent acquisition solutions to challenges affecting the success of the business
  • Manage/support a team of back office Talent Acquisition team leads and associates to deliver outstanding support services 
  • Understand all key business initiatives and goals for supported business sites
  • Monitor and report on progress toward each goal and project
  • Act as the ultimate point of contact for all escalated (difficult) TA issues. 
  • Participate as a member of task forces in corporate-wide human capital and other people initiatives requiring a human capital perspective.  
  • Effectively partner with and leverage corporate support teams including Performance Optimization, HirePoint teams, TeleTech Rewards, and TeleTech University teams to drive business success.  
    What skills you’ll need:
  • Strong understanding of TeleTech’s business, core values, and goals
  • Knowledge of call center business
  • Process improvement certification (white belt or above)
  • Strong knowledge in multiple TA/HC disciplines (marketing, talent assessment, compensation, recruiting, employee relationship, legal, etc.)
  • Proven ability to build relationships of trust with Vice President and Director level leaders 
  • Working knowledge of HR systems, compensation strategies, technology, and statistical techniques
  • Ability to influence leaders and team members of differing viewpoints to create positive outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex, on-going projects
