Travel Desk Analyst (01T3D)

TeleTech is seeking a Travel and Data Analysts to join our Procurement Team.

 

What you’ll be doing: 


The Travel Analyst supports TeleTech travelers globally, making sure that the Travel Department delivers frictionless services at best value, while enabling TeleTech business objectives and driving Travel Policy compliance.


What you’ll bring to us:


·         Act as an engaged and proactive travel subject matter expert;

·         Support travel vendor management to assure best values, negotiated rate/discounts and their consistent utilization;

·         Support international and domestic travelers, as part of TeleTech Travel Desk, including travelers’ online profiles in the booking tools, reservations not available through self-service, emergency response for stranded travelers, and itinerary change management;

·         Audit pre-travel booked itineraries, to assure best negotiated pricing and travelers’ compliance with the company’s travel policies.

·         Negotiate best in class hotel and transportation rates;

·         Contribute to TeleTech’s value proposition by maintaining knowledge base of preferred hotel rates available through partnership with clients and vendors

 

What skills you’ll need:


·         Passion for customer service with enthusiastic positive attitude

·         College degree in Business, Hospitality, Psychology, or equivalent fields, or 5+ years of relevant experience

·         Travel agency or hotel industry experience is a major plus

·          In-house travel experience for a major company is a plus

·         In-house travel experience for a major company is a plus

·         Ability and experience to translate travelers’ needs and wants into pragmatic solutions
