We are currently searching for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our growing CRM Practice.  The ideal candidate must be passionate about solving business challenges and determining solutions for potential clients. This position will analyze, design, develop, configure, integrate and launch new solutions and changes to existing solutions.   The Developer will leverage their experience on the Dynamics CRM platform to help identify, define, and recommend technical solutions to solve complex business problems and will need to have a strong understanding of Dynamics CRM best practices, strategies, design patterns and integration patterns.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Ensure the quality of solutions and be responsible for developing and documenting technical solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.

·         Provide input to and guidance on technical architecture, integration, development, configuration, customization efforts for the team

·         Collaborate with others and have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions to technical and business audience

·         Ability to identify, build and integrate various technologies to provide client solutions and applications using MSFT Dynamics CRM and other technologies

·         Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.

·         Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.

·         Achieve and maintain relevant Dynamics CRM Certifications

 

Required Skills:

·         Functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics CRM 2016 with over 3 years of development experience.

·         Knowledge of Visual Studio, .NET C#, JavaScript, FetchXML, JSON, HTML and OData languages.

·         Dynamics CRM 2016 functional customizations, including but not limiting to creating entities, fields, views workflows and field translations.

·         Knowledge of Dynamics CRM administration including creating system users and assigning security roles.

·         Dynamics CRM 2016 front-end SDK customizations including but not limiting to Java Scripting, OData queries and REST services IO.

·         Dynamics CRM back-end development including developing plugins, executable assemblies using the CRM SDK, consuming external Web Services, and developing Unified Service Desk custom control assemblies.

·         Experience configuring and troubleshooting Unified Service Desk.

·         Experience with call-center environments including CTI integrations.

·         Desired certifications:

·         Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Customization and Configuration

·         Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Customer Service

·         Experience with Agile methodology

·         Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to "go the extra mile"

·         Proven time management skills in a dynamic development environment

·         Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political and geographic environments

·         Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

·         Fluent in Mandarin and English
