Talent Acquisition Coordinator
 
TeleTech is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Enterprise Services team.

What you’ll be doing: 
 
Corporate Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to break into Talent Acquisition.  The Corporate Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, logistical and operational support for the Executive Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This is a highly visible role with a strong degree of internal and external client interaction. The TA Coordinator must be professional and confident in working with individuals at all levels of the organization. They must be able to manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines, must be highly confidential with sensitive information.
 
What you’ll bring to us:
  • Supports the Executive Corporate Talent Acquisition team in business-critical priorities and day-to-day activities including the planning, reporting, logistical support, delivery and integration of special projects
  • Schedule executive interviews for corporate candidates, under direction of Senior Recruiters and Talent Practice Leaders, Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates, Greet and host executive candidates during on-site interviews
  • Initiate Video Conferences for candidate interviews and other meetings
  • Coordinate reimbursement to candidates for travel/expenses, when appropriate
  • Supports Talent Acquisition Consultants in sourcing and screening candidates, completing reference checks, and other research
  • Reconcile procurement card expenditures, temporary employee invoices and prepare expense reports 
  • Supports the Corporate Human Capital and Talent Acquisition team in a variety of strategic projects
What skills you’ll need:
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2 years of Recruiting/HR Administrative Support
  • Strong Microsoft Office Application Experience: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Flexible schedule required
  • Highly professional. Impeccable business ethics having demonstrated the ability to work with sensitive/confidential information
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to adjust to a fast-pace, ever-changing work environment
  • Demonstrates strong problem solving skills and a high level of initiative
  • Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking and HR systems is preferred, but not required
