We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a global automotive manufacturer in our Tempe, AZ Service Delivery Center.  

The Customer Service Representative provides customer support and resolution for mid-to-high level issues which may range from enhanced roadside assistance to crash notification support.

In this position, you will

  • Provides support for end users of  the automobile services through effective and efficient problem-solving
  • Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures
  • Resolves customer issues independently
  • Identifies and effectively communicates issues requiring further escalation

As a Tier II representative you will be doing case management in addition to one call resolutions. Examples of contacts handled include:

  • Case Management
  • Resolution of Escalated Calls
  • Mediation between the customer and the delaership
  • Technical Support
  • POI support and other value-add applications as required

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • One year or more of advanced customer support
  • One year or more post secondary education or two years equivalent work experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Interaction with emergency service
  • Interaction with emergency situations
  • Ability to perform under pressure specifically in life and death situations
