TeleTech is currently looking for Talent Acquisition Specialists to work with our team in Concord, NC.
 
The Talent Acquisition Specialist recruits quality talent to meet aggressive associate hiring requirements for specific clients.  Each day you will meet new people from all walks of life.  In this roll, your job will be to paint a picture for them of the opportunities that await them at TeleTech.  Through your interactions with each candidate you will encourage them to become a part of our team and provide them with the specifics that they need envision their future with us.

Key Performance Objectives 
  • Ensure a positive experience for every candidate. TA Specialists maintain a positive, respectful, and caring environment for all candidates – including those that will not be offered a position at TeleTech. Our goal is to accomplish this by providing clear communication regarding the hiring process and timeframes, giving direct feedback, providing guidance for future possibilities, and soliciting referrals from all candidates. (Friendly, helpful, positive demeanor, respectful, communication, follow-up)
  • Understand key business objectives, timeframes, legal issues, and requirements associated with each new client.  TA Specialists quickly will quickly become fully integrated with TeleTech’s processes for screening, interviewing, and processing candidates on behalf of each new client and adapt quickly to any changes in the process.  Real time, hands on training is provided to help you to become a subject matter expert in TeleTech processes.  Partnerships with our operations teams also provide you the opportunity to shadow our agents for each line of business.  Ensuring that you have a full understanding of their daily job expectations.  (Attention to detail and process, legal implications, customer service, follow-through)  
  • Ensure compliance with TeleTech’s hiring processes for each client. TA Specialists will trained to be experts on each line of business.  They will learn to  implement a specific hiring process on behalf of each client. As many of these processes are legally and/or contractually binding, you will also be responsible for auditing the process to ensure complete compliance.  We hold ourselves to very high standards and need team members who understand the importance of accuracy, timeliness and transparency. (Total process understanding, attention to detail, organization, legal implications) 
  • As a TA Specialist we want you to always be reaching for amazing .  For this reason we encourage all of our team members to be on the lookout for ways to improve our process flow, our marketing efforts and our overall effectiveness.  We encourage team discussions to fully vet your ideas and develop the best possible solutions for everyone involved.     Basic Qualifications
  • Desire to achieve aggressive recruiting goals under tight deadlines
  • Great interpersonal skills with candidates of all ages and backgrounds
  • Advanced Experience with candidate tracking databases, Excel, Internet, and other recruitment technology
  • Ability to influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of integrity, judgment, and follow-through
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to Multi-Task successfully
  • Minimum of 2 years in high volume recruiting – Preferably Call Center
     
    Preferred
  • Working knowledge of Taleo
  • Experience as a Recruiter or HR Assistant
