TeleTech is seeking a Human Capital Services Coordinator for Audit and Compliance to join our Human Capital Services team at our Regional Operating Headquarters, based in Novaliches, Philippines.


Human Capital Services (HCS) is a strategic shared services department established to efficiently manage benefits administration and deliver employee-related services across all the business units of the company. Leveraging on continuous process Improvement, system enhancement and technology advancements, HCS aims to improve the overall employee experience by promoting a more self-serviced HR environment, being scalable and responsive to the needs of our employees and every HC organization globally. The team handles approximately 30,000 interactions every month via our ticket and chat channels.

 
What you’ll be doing: 
 
The HCS Audit and Compliance Auditor is responsible for data processing work and administrative operations. There are the professionals who do official work that may include creating reports, preparing spreadsheets of statutory compliance, company and government related reports and creating and auditing financials of the company.
 
What you’ll bring to us:
  • Provide support to the Human Capital team in administering and implementing HC programs and initiatives.
  • Has the role of auditing accuracy of the data from the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) such as:
  • o   Ensure the accuracy of employee records at all times through attention to detail and timeliness of system changes

    o   Ensure Compliance to Statutory Numbers requirement (NH and Tenured employees, Active and Inactive)

    • Guarantees the compliance of the company to the government requirements such as:

    o   Timely reporting of NH and Separated employees to the Government Agencies via their respective portal/module (R1A, MCRF, ER2, RF1, etc)

    o   Timely reporting/reconciliation of payments of contributions in the collection list to the Government Agencies (R3, RF1, etc)

    o   Statutory numbers and contributions cross-validation and correction (Employer record versus government agency database)

    • Assist in the management of Clean-Up Tasks:

    o   SSN and TIN Compliance

    o   Beyond 30-Day Compliance for Statutory Numbers

    o   Posting of Contributions and Loan Payments

    o   Maternity and Sickness Compliance

    o   HMO Billing, Vaccine, Sick/Mat Over and Underpayments

    • SSS Unpostable
What skills you’ll need:
  • With skills in MS Macro and automated reports troubleshooting
  • Business writing ability
  • 2 or more years of experience in the similar field in a senior level within a service driven or high tech corporation
